The cottage enjoys a delightful secluded position set within its own grounds that overlook farm fields and woodland with views to the South Downs beyond, yet is just under two miles from the thriving country market town of Midhurst where there are many individual shops, pubs and restaurants that are sure to suit everyone.

The property has been tastefully decorated and furnished, and is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in West Sussex. The accommodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances leading into a cosy and spacious sitting room with a separate dining area. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor together with a shower room and family bathroom, there is an additional gallery bedroom which is reached by a spiral staircase from the sitting room. Outside there is a secluded courtyard garden with comfortable seating where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the fields often catching a glimpse of deer and pheasants making their way home, the courtyard leads onto the main lawned garden area. There is also a brick built BBQ and off road parking for several cars.
